Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 2026
1. Services Provided Hard Pan Media provides professional video production, marketing, and FAA-certified drone services. The specific scope of work, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate project agreement or invoice for each client.
2. Drone Operations & Weather All drone flights are subject to FAA regulations and weather conditions. Hard Pan Media reserves the right to postpone or cancel a flight if conditions are deemed unsafe (high winds, rain, or restricted airspace). If a shoot is cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule at the earliest available date.
3. Client Obligations Clients (from micro-businesses to corporations) are responsible for securing any necessary site permissions, talent releases, or access to private property prior to the shoot date.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hard Pan Media retains the raw footage ("rushes"). Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the final edited video for its intended marketing purposes. Hard Pan Media reserves the right to use portions of the footage for our own promotional portfolio.
5. Payment Terms A deposit may be required to secure a filming date. Final payment is due upon delivery of the final product unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
6. Limitation of Liability Hard Pan Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the services provided, including delays due to equipment failure or "Acts of God."
